Deliveroo developed a new rapid grocery collection service, Deliveroo Hop, which will be available in major cities and supermarkets across different countries. We designed the London Oxford Street flagship store as a blueprint for future stores.

Adapting Deliveroo’s brand system, the in-store communication strategy combined the main sales products with italic typeface messaging to convey a fun tone of voice, highlighting their speedy and convenient new service. This approach aims to give the new Deliveroo Hop brand an interesting and strong impression, increasing brand awareness. Additionally, step-by-step icons were developed to help customers understand the shopping process instantly when they enter the store, further highlighting the new service offered by Deliveroo Hop.
