Unlimited
Happiness
A Modern Warmth for
Everyday Connection
(Case study is currently being refined)
Unlimited Happiness was developed as a brand-led campaign platform for Sundan, a well-established electronics retailer in China. I led the concept development, visual system design and rollout framework, providing core assets and guidelines that enabled local teams to extend the campaign across multiple store openings throughout the year, where a single launch visual would not be sufficient to support a range of products, formats and retail contexts.

The foundation of the campaign draws from the meaning of Sundan’s Chinese name, “順電”, which refers to the smooth flow of electricity. This idea shaped “Unlimited Happiness” as a brand platform that reflects how reliable technology supports everyday life. Small moments of ease, experienced repeatedly through daily use, form a lasting sense of happiness, with each product contributing its own “unlimited” benefit. To support this idea across different products, formats and retail environments, the campaign was developed as a flexible visual system that could expand beyond a single launch expression.
The visual language is built around a circular element derived from Sundan’s logo, symbolising moving electrons and continuous flow. This extends Sundan’s core turquoise identity into a celebratory gradient system. Apple green references Sundan’s convenience-led retail formats, while lavender adds warmth and a sense of celebration. Together, the colours form a cohesive spectrum that balances brand continuity with the festive nature of a store opening.
The extension elements were developed into patterns, key visuals and spatial applications, including a ribbon-like installation within physical stores to create an immersive, environment-led expression of the campaign. Selected applications also extended the system into small-scale touchpoints during store openings.
